Semi-dry sparkling wine resulting from the subtle combination of the finesse of Muscat and the freshness of mango.
This wine for laying down is made from the Pinot noir grape variety and is aged in oak barrels.
It has a light tannin and woodiness with a typical fruitiness.
It goes well with red meats, game, charcuteries, goat’s cheese or Gruyère. Serve at room temperature.
