The plot from which this wine is made is located in the Sonnenberg area in the town of Ammerschwihr. This geographical sector is particularly well exposed to the sun.
Fresh and round first impression in the mouth with a subtle note of honey.
Its characteristic richness and flavour goes well with foie gras, poultry, roasts and aperitifs.

This wine comes from grapes full of sugar, harvested when over-ripe, 4 to 6 weeks after the vendanges (grape harvest), sometimes under the first snowfall.
A harmonious blend of Muscat d’Alsace and Muscat Ottonel, distinguished by its character and inimitable fruitiness, giving the sensation of really biting into the grape.
