Harvested in the late season, this wine has a clear yellow colour and reveals notes of citrus fruits, particularly lemon.
Opulent and rich with a mineral freshness that gives it a long finish.
This wine of character will be perfect with fish in sauce, exotic cuisine and fruit desserts.
