Dry wine with a very delicate bouquet

This wine has a bright red colour. Light-bodied and refreshing.

This wine comes from grapes full of sugar, harvested when over-ripe, 4 to 6 weeks after the vendanges (grape harvest), sometimes under the first snowfall.

Its golden yellow colour reflects the over-ripening of the grapes from which it is made.
