Late Harvest – Pinot Gris
This wine, rich in aromas, with exceptional power and finish, comes from grapes full of sugar, harvested when over-ripe, 4 to 6 weeks after the vendanges (grape harvest), sometimes under the first snowfall.
Remarkably fresh and light-bodied, with a subtle fruitiness, it is pleasant and thirst-quenching and shows a nice vivacity.
Dry, fresh and light-bodied
Serve it with appetizers, charcuteries, fish and shellfish. When chilled, this wine is also a good summer wine.
