The famous hillsides of the Kaefferkopf give this wine its fresh, fruity character, with a very delicate bouquet and subtle acidity.
A wine typical of the regional cuisine, it goes well white meats, aperitifs and Alsatian sauerkraut.

This wine for laying down is made from the Pinot noir grape variety and is aged in oak barrels.
The hillside of the GRAND CRU SCHLOSSBERG is an excellent terroir for this wine of character with mineral notes.
