Late Harvest – Pinot Gris
This wine, rich in aromas, with exceptional power and finish, comes from grapes full of sugar, harvested when over-ripe, 4 to 6 weeks after the vendanges (grape harvest), sometimes under the first snowfall.
This wine has a bright red colour. Light-bodied and refreshing.
It will be the ideal match for your grilled food in summer. Served at room temperature or chilled (depending on what you prefer), it goes well with charcuteries, pies or pizzas.

Semi-dry, frank with a pleasing first impression, this wine develops a richness and a very characteristic flavour.
This wine for laying down is made from the Pinot noir grape variety and is aged in oak barrels.
