This wine comes from grapes full of sugar, harvested when over-ripe, 4 to 6 weeks after the vendanges (grape harvest), sometimes under the first snowfall.

To be enjoyed at the end of a meal. Also goes wonderfully with foie gras.

A harmonious blend of Muscat d’Alsace and Muscat Ottonel, distinguished by its character and inimitable fruitiness, giving the sensation of really biting into the grape.
The plot from which this wine is made is located on the ruins of the Meywhir castle (10th century), hence the name of this specific area: “Im Schloss”.
