Schlossberg – Riesling
The hillside of the GRAND CRU SCHLOSSBERG is an excellent terroir for this wine of character with mineral notes.
This wine comes from grapes full of sugar, harvested when over-ripe, 4 to 6 weeks after the vendanges (grape harvest), sometimes under the first snowfall.
Rich in aromas, with exceptional power and finish.
To be enjoyed at the end of a meal. Also goes wonderfully with foie gras.

The famous hillsides of the Kaefferkopf give this wine its fresh, fruity character, with a very delicate bouquet and subtle acidity.
Its golden yellow colour reflects the over-ripening of the grapes from which it is made.
Fruity nose with a nice raspberry note.
